Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact us in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.

Please allow 7 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Damage Policy

We take great care to accurately describe the condition of the books, magazines, and other items that we sell. We have a track record of satisfied customers from our eBay store, with over 2,249 individual customers and more than 3,900 feedbacks received. However, if you feel that we have grossly misrepresented an item we will accept returns under certain conditions. 

We pack carefully, and insure our items. However, sometimes damage to an item occurs during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must let us know within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to refund your money.

Returned Items

If your item is defective or misrepresented and you wish to return it, you must contact us within three business days of receiving it. Returned items must be complete and contain all original packing materials. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment in the case of loss or damage, and to get proof of delivery as well.
