Questions and Answers
I'm looking for a certain item. Can you find it for me?

We can certainly try! Please keep in mind, we have between 5 to 10 million items, and finding one item amongst them can be rather challenging. We have several locations where our items are stored. It may take us awhile to search in a location where we think a certain item might be, so we thank you for your patience.

 

How do I place an order?

You may place an order by putting an item into your shopping cart. Click on Add to Cart. You may continue shopping if you wish, or you may check out right away.

To check out, you may click on Check Out. Enter your name and shipping information. (You may wish to register for an account if you plan on making multiple purchases, so you won't need to enter it all again next time.)

Click next. Choose a shipping option. Click next. Choose a payment option and your payment information. Click next. Confirm your order and click next.

 

How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?

Simply click the "Delete product from Cart" button next to the item that you would like to remove.

 

How can I change the quantity for an item that is in my shopping cart?

If multiple quantities of an item are available, you may change the quantity of an item by clicking on the white box next to the product description, and enter the quantity you would like. Click the "Update Cart" button to update the quantity.

PLEASE NOTE: Our items are mostly unique, and we usually do not have more than one or two of a particular item. However, occasionally we do have multiples.


How do I pay for my order/s?

Our site accepts both Google Checkout and Paypal, and you may also pay by credit card (Visa & Mastercard). You may do this either through Google or Paypal, or by choosing 'credit card' when you check out. Alternatively, you may also send us a check or a money order by postal mail.

Google Checkout, Paypal, and credit card payments must be received at the time of purchase.

Please note: If you choose to pay by personal check, your order will ship when the check has cleared our bank account, which may take up to 10 business days.

If you do pay by check or money order, please print out a copy of your checkout page and enclose it with your payment. Mailed payments must be received within 7 business days of checkout, or the item(s) will have to be returned to stock and sold to the next buyer. Thanks for your understanding!

 

Will I receive a receipt for my payment?

Yes. You will receive an emailed receipt immediately on payment. Additionally, you will receive a printed receipt that will be shipped with your order.

If you choose to pay by personal check or money order, you will receive a payment confirmation email, as well as a printed receipt that is shipped with your order.

 

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you may call us with your credit card order if you prefer. Please email us first so we may arrange a good time for this.

Do you ship to locations outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We use Standard International Flat Rate shipping. Our website calculates shipping by weight, and is the same regardless of which country you live in. After you create your user account (recommended so that you do not need to reenter everything on each visit), the shipping calculator will display your country and the shipping rate when you checkout.
